U10 - u12
Our U10-U12 athlete development program is meticulously designed to provide a robust and holistic training experience, preparing young athletes for success both on and off the field. With a focus on skill development, physical conditioning, and crucial wellness education, we aim to cultivate well-rounded and confident individuals.
Structured Training Schedule
U10-U12 athletes will benefit from a comprehensive training schedule, dedicating two days per week to their athletic development. This schedule is carefully balanced to optimize skill acquisition and physical conditioning:

On-Field Training (Saturdays): From January 3rd through April 30th, our U10-U12 players will engage in intensive indoor on-field training sessions every Saturday from 2-4 PM. These sessions are designed to foster critical on-field skills, tactical understanding, and team cohesion. Under the expert guidance of their dedicated season coaching staff, athletes will work on refining individual techniques, developing strategic game awareness, and building strong relationships with their coaches and teammates. This direct interaction with the coaching staff will also provide invaluable insight into the team's philosophy and expectations for the upcoming season.

Strength and Conditioning (DAY TBA): Complementing their on-field work, athletes will participate in a dedicated strength and conditioning training session once a week. These sessions are paramount for building the foundational physical attributes necessary for peak athletic performance and injury prevention.
